My name is Ben Martin. Basically, I devote my life and soul to robotics each year for six weeks. Sometimes longer. This is my fourth year on the team. This year, I have the privilege of leading the Design sub-team. I'm also involved with strategy, AV setup at the IRI, the Inventor Award, and all sorts of small logistical jobs. I particularly enjoy teaching new members. I am also involved with my school's television station, Boy Scouts, the Chamber Orchestra, Cello Choir, National Honor Society, the occasional tech job for a school musical or play, Tri-M, 4-H, Creative Writing Club, and Schools for Schools with Invisible Children. Originally, I joined because I thought that robotics would be a great place to meet people who shared my interests. I also hoped to learn a few things about engineering. Both happened. As a result, I plan to go to college to study either systems or industrial engineering. My time so far with Cyber Blue has been great, and I hope that my last year on the team will result in great memories for years to come.
