The manufacturing team produces needed parts of the Cyber Blue robot by cutting, drilling and milling metal and other materials. Once these components are made, the team assembles the robot for the season, constantly changing initial ideas and re-working pieces to fit exactly where they are needed.

The team has endured through many tribulations. When starting out the manufacturing team was limited in its supply of tools and materials. With simply two drill presses and two band saws, the team made as many parts as was possible with these resources. Today we now have a mill, a lathe, a CNC mill, and several other machines.
