During competitions, over fifty teams compete to win. In qualifications, alliances are matched randomly, but during elimination rounds they are formed by drafting. Knowing each team's capabilities is highly important to the strategy of winning a competition. We have formed a scouting sub-team that gathers information about other robots and their capabilities during each round of competition. We use a series of forms that evaluate the robots on scoring, defensive value, and other aspects. This year, we have implemented new technology that will hopefully organize our information more efficiently. In addition, we created a scouting board to set up so that other teams that do not scout can be informed about their opponents. This board is usually placed near the official rating board of the competition, for easy accessibility by these teams.
